How many different places can you go buy a burger?  The options are near endless and I am sure you know that there are some places you'd rather get a burger from than other places.  Well, lets look at detailers like burgers (no I'm not kidding).

Some burger joints are cheap and fast.  You know its not going to be the best burger, but its going to fill you up and get you back out asap.  Some burger spots offer decent quality with pricing to match.  It's a mid range burger that will be more pleasing to eat and with that could take a little longer to make or cost a little more.  Then there's the top notch burgers.  You might not get them as often but when you do you know you'll be very pleased.  The care used to craft them only comes from a professional, cooked to perfection, and complimented by quality customer care.

I'm sure you can relate to this as most people have experienced a range of burgers.  Like burgers, maybe you have experienced a range of car care services.  If you're looking to drive through there's the local car wash.  You know its going to be fast but its going to miss spots, you will still be required to do some work yourself such as drying water spots, vacuuming the inside, and often times they leave behind damage.  Whether that's scratches in the paint or a broken rear windshield wiper (ask me how I know).

Finally, we have your craft burger, a.k.a your professional detailer.  This service is going to take the longest but rest assured you will be doing the least amount of work compared to the others.  The goal is you do no work and therefore you are given hours or days of your time back!  The vehicle is cleaned to the smallest of details, cleaned in a deep manner, and left with long lasting protection to extend the time between details.

So the answer is, no, not all detailing or car care businesses are the same and yes, it matters what type of business you decide to go with.
